Trevor Slater has been extensively involved with resource company development over the past 28 years holding senior positions with companies like AED Oil Ltd, Ballarat Goldfields NL, Coal Corporation of Victoria, North Limited (King Island). During his involvement as a senior finance executive he has been involved with strategic planning, capital raising and project development. He was one of the early executives with Ballarat Goldfields involved with the permitting process, environmental and fund raising.

Trevor has lived in Ballarat for some time and has a strong commitment to the local community.

Roger Massy-Greene

Executive Chairman - BE Mining (Hons), BSc University of Sydney, MBA Harvard

Roger has over 30 years of experience in merchant banking, mining finance and mining operations. He commenced his career as a mining engineer with CRA (now Rio Tinto Limited) in Broken Hill, where he was a mine production superintendent. After studies in the USA, he joined Bank of America in Sydney where he was an Executive Director of its Australian merchant bank. He founded Resource Finance Corporation Ltd in 1984, the predecessor to Eureka Capital Partners and was its Managing Director until its merger with Excel Holdings Pty Ltd in 2002. He is a member of the Cranbrook School Council.
